Cushman & Wakefield on Thursday said that the real estate services firm arranged the sale of River Edge Town Mall, a 21,537-square-foot retail property located at 625 Kinderkamack Road in River Edge. The final sale price was just under $3.2 million.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Andy Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller, Kamack Associates LLC, and procured the buyer in the transaction.
“We are thrilled to announce the successful sale of River Edge Town Mall,” Sobel said. “Boasting a strategic location in Bergen County, with excellent accessibility and an e-commerce-resilient tenant mix, this value-add property offers a lucrative investment opportunity in a high-income, densely populated area.”
The property is situated on 1.54 acres of land and features 105 parking spaces. It is currently leased to five tenants. Its neighborhood location offers convenient access to over 150,000 residents within a three-mile radius.
The property is located within 0.7 miles to River Edge Train Station and within 1.5 miles to Route 4. Additionally, the George Washington Bridge is 15 minutes away by car.
