
Jimo Liu has been hired as an executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield and will be based out of the firm’s Iselin office. Liu will provide real estate brokerage and advisory services for new and existing industrial clients, focusing on multimarket third-party logistics firms.
Liu will join Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial team led by Chuck Fern, which is consistently a top-performing team in the country.

Liu has over a decade of commercial real estate experience providing services to clients. In 2021, he negotiated over 1 million square feet of industrial leases.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Liu served as a senior vice president at Avison Young and a vice president at HHE Investment Inc., managing the firm’s real estate investments in the U.S. He started his career in investment management at the MDE Group, now Beacon Trust, where he was responsible for portfolio management, risk analysis and asset collection.
