Long-time tenant Kremer Eye Center has relocated and expanded its footprint at Commerce Center in Cherry Hill, and has committed to another long-term lease, according to a Tuesday announcement from Diversified Management Plus, asset manager for the Class A office campus.
A leading regional provider of innovative vision care services and surgical solutions, Kremer Eye Center moved from 1800 Chapel Ave. W. into a newly built-out, state-of-the-art facility at the adjacent 1820 Chapel Ave. W.
The company’s new 9,755-square-foot space at Commerce Center includes surgical suites, exam rooms and administrative offices.
“Kremer Eye Center’s recommitment and expansion at Commerce Center underscores this campus’ accessibility and its ability to accommodate specialized tenant needs, including medical,” DMP’s Bill Klein, vice president of operations, said. “Kremer Eye Center has been part of this campus for more than a decade, and it is always gratifying to support our tenants as their needs evolve.”
Located less than 10 miles east of Philadelphia, the three-building, 153,000-square-foot Commerce Center is well situated just off Route 38 at the intersection of Chapel Avenue West and Haddonfield Road. On site, tenants have complimentary access to a full-scale fitness center, shared conference space and ample parking. Two large-scale retail centers within one mile of the campus offer convenience to abundant shopping and dining options.
Recent upgrades include new roofs with solar panels on all three buildings. Campus highlights also include a picturesque courtyard; its renovation in 2024 will incorporate expanded outdoor gathering spaces, including seating and tables. Additional planned improvements include new monument signage on Haddonfield Road, providing enhanced tenant name exposure on that high-traffic thoroughfare.
Newmark‘s Anne Klein, executive managing director, serves as the exclusive leasing agent for Commerce Center. The campus also serves as home to Cranial Technologies, Lincoln Financial and a diverse mix of businesses and service providers. According to Klein, the property’s upgraded lobbies, tenant amenities and upcoming tenant sign exposure opportunities make Commerce Center a top, desirable complex for Class A tenancy.
Leasing opportunities at Commerce Center begin at 1,500 square feet, with highlights including several suites available for immediate occupancy as well as a fully approved pad site — ideal for medical or retail — fronting Haddonfield Road. More information can be found here.
