Wilmington Trust welcomes Clare McCoy as new senior wealth adviser

Wilmington Trust announced that Clare McCoy, a 30-year veteran of the financial services industry, has joined the firm as a senior vice president and senior wealth adviser, based in the firm’s Iselin office.

In her new role, McCoy is responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management advice to high net worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs, business owners and foundations and endowments throughout New Jersey, New York and Florida.

She works closely with clients and their advisers to develop financial strategies to help clients meet their current needs and plan for their long-term objectives.

Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, McCoy held various leadership and client-facing positions for BNY Mellon, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and Citibank.

She received a Bachelor of Science in business management from Ithaca College, is a Certified Financial Planner and received her credit training designation from Moody’s.

McCoy is also a member of Impact 100 Garden State and a member and former board member of the Association of Corporate Growth in New Jersey.
