Engineering industry veteran Eric Nielsen, who has nearly 40 years of experience, recently joined T&M Associates’ board of directors, according to a Monday announcement from the Middletown-based firm.
As a leading consulting, engineering and environmental services company with offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio and California, T&M’s strategic move aligns with its commitment to excellence and growth across multiple regions.
In his new role, Nielsen will provide advice and oversight in strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, governance and succession planning.

As part of Niesen’s experience, he has served as executive vice president at Stantec Consulting and the president and chief operating officer of the Keith Cos. Inc. His successes have included implementation of top- and bottom-line growth plans, diversification plans, succession planning, leadership development programs, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings and board planning and governance work.
