Pinstripes, an experiential dining and entertainment destination, will open at the Westfield Garden State Plaza shopping center in Paramus on Feb. 16. This will be the brand’s first New Jersey location (and 16th location nationwide) and will feature a full-service bistro serving chef-driven Italian American cuisine and handcrafted cocktails, as well as 13 bowling lanes, three bocce courts and three private event spaces for groups of up to 1,000 people.
With the opening of the Paramus location, Pinstripes expects to bring an estimated 130 new jobs to the area. Those interested can apply here.
“Pinstripes will bring more than 30,000 square feet of sophisticated fun to Westfield Garden State Plaza and will provide Paramus residents and visitors with a fantastic new destination to dine, play and celebrate with friends and family,” Pinstripes founder and CEO Dale Schwartz said. “We’re excited to welcome our first guests in New Jersey to experience a modern twist on dining, entertainment and events.”
Occupying 31,221 square feet of dining and gaming across two floors, Pinstripes Paramus’ ground-floor 107-seat bistro features an extensive menu with enticing seasonal entrées, curated wine list, local beers and craft cocktails. Restaurant-style seating will provide flexibility for guests to enjoy their meals at booths, tables surrounding the bar or in front of big-screen TVs airing major sporting events on the expansive 137-seat, 2,044-square-foot patio.
“Pinstripes is a unique experiential offering that will complement our shopping destination and give our guests another place to gather and create memories with their loved ones,” Wesley Rebisz, senior general manager of Westfield Garden State Plaza, said. “We are proud to be the first Pinstripes location in New Jersey and look forward to introducing its vibrant environment to the community.”
Upon opening, Pinstripes Paramus intends to host a high volume of private corporate and social events — targeting 1,000 events within its first year of operation — making it a true social hub for the greater community.
Pinstripes Paramus’ elevated menu of made-from-scratch recipes by Chief Culinary Officer Cesar Gutierrez and Executive Chef Douglas Geraghty features house-made Italian American classics, including rotating seasonal specialties prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Guests will also be able to satisfy their sweet tooth with a selection of desserts, including a seasonal array of homemade Italian gelato or the brand’s Classic Tiramisu.
And if that’s not enough, Pinstripes Paramus will all be offering its famous Pintastic weekend brunch buffet every Saturday and Sunday, featuring sweet and savory culinary delights, including a signature waffle station; a made-to-order omelet station; a carving station featuring prime cuts of maple-glazed ham and herb-crusted prime rib; and chef specialties, including chicken and goat cheese pasta and herb-roasted chicken; and a sweets table featuring Milk Chocolate Fondue with an assortment of dippables. On both days, guests can also enjoy bottomless mimosas and Aperol spritzes.
Pinstripes Paramus will be open for lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Happy hour is available from 3 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and brunch is available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. For those looking to extend Pinstripes’ culinary experience, off-site catering is also available.
To incentivize guests to visit the new location during opening week, Pinstripes will be offering guests free lunches from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 50% off dinner from 5 p.m. to close. These offers will be available for guests who visit Pinstripes from Feb. 16-23.
