Cushman & Wakefield announced Monday that the real estate services firm has arranged a 469,000-square-foot sublease on behalf of Kiss Nail Products for eFulfill, the logistics arm of Henglin Home Co. Ltd., at 600 Ridge Road in Piscataway.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Christine Eberle, Mindy Lissner, Bill Waxman, David Gheriani, Jeff Volpi and Morgan Nitti represented the sublandlord, Kiss Nail Products, in the transaction.
“This premier Piscataway location, less than two miles off Interstate 287, uniquely positions this property to offer a comprehensive supply chain solution for northern New Jersey and New York City, making it an ideal choice for a last mile e-commerce user,” Eberle said.
600 Ridge Road is a 469,000-square-foot property featuring 100 loading docks, two drive-in doors, 310 car spaces and 85 trailer specs. The property features direct access to Interstate 287, Route 18 and Route 22, providing superior connectivity to New Jersey and New York.
“We are grateful to empower our clients, whether landlords or tenants, to navigate these dynamic times of economic uncertainty with unwavering confidence, thanks to our steadfast commitment to delivering top-tier, personalized services to every client,” Lissner added.
