Max Fuchsman has been promoted to vice president at Sitex Group, a New Jersey-based private equity real estate firm focused on acquiring, developing and repositioning industrial assets.
Fuchsman, who joined Sitex in 2022, will oversee leasing and acquisition processes for prospective investment opportunities. In addition, he will continue to be responsible for handling portfolio management as well as disposition strategies and tactics for the firm.
Sitex is one of the most active buyers of real estate in the New York/New Jersey metro area.
Sitex Principal Blake Chroman applauded the announcement.
“Max is a highly motivated real estate finance professional who has been instrumental in the growth of Sitex since his arrival,” he said. “This promotion is recognition of Max’s ability to navigate the intricate landscape of the business with finesse and strategic vision.”
Prior to joining Sitex, Fuchsman was an associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s market-leading Institutional Capital Markets team, based in New York. While there, he focused on office, multifamily, retail and industrial investment sales transactions and was involved in over $37 billion of transactions during his tenure.
Fuchsman holds a B.S. in finance and marketing from the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University.
