Uber Charter, an initiative by the ride-share company that allows customers to rent vehicles that seat 14-55 riders, now available in New Jersey, the company said.
Uber Charter, currently available in nearly 200 cities across the country, offers limo buses, luxury vans and coach buses, the company said.
The initiative shows that Uber is expanding its traditional business model, as it will work directly with local partners who have access to these types of vehicles and want to participate in the program.
Customers can book cars up to eight months in advance. Pricing obviously will vary based on size of the vehicle and the location. For more information, click here.
