Three new medical suite leases have been signed at 206 Bergen Ave. in Kearny, according to a Tuesday announcement from NAI James E. Hanson.
Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the landlord, 206 Bergen Avenue LLC, in each transaction.
The property on Bergen Avenue is a recently upgraded, four-story, 122,205-square-foot building of medical suites featuring proximity to Route 21 and Interstate 280, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike. Formerly a surgical center with four operating rooms, the building is now suited to meet the needs of multiple health care practice types and offers tenants ample parking in a private covered garage.
