Inspira Health appoints new chief medical officer for Vineland, Elmer and Bridgeton campuses

Inspira Health recently announced the appointment of Dr. Matthew Warner as chief medical officer of Inspira Medical Centers Vineland and Elmer, and Inspira Health Center Bridgeton, effective immediately.

Warner will provide medical oversight, expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of affordable quality health care to the community. In addition, he will oversee the safety, effectiveness and efficiency of quality care, consistent with Inspira’s mission to nurture healthier communities.

“Dr. Warner’s extensive experience brings tremendous value to his new role, especially as we continue to build upon our strategic plan,” Lydia Stockman, senior vice president and chief administrative officer, Inspira Medical Centers, said. “I am certain that Dr. Warner will continue to elevate the care we provide at Inspira Health with a strong focus on safety and the patient experience.”

Warner began his nearly 20-year tenure with Inspira as an attending physician for the Department of Emergency Medicine. Since then, he has held a number of clinical and leadership positions, most recently serving as the interim associate chief medical officer for Inspira’s Vineland, Elmer and Bridgeton campuses. Over the course of his career, Warner has led and supported initiatives to enhance patient safety, improve workflows and integrate information technology projects.

“I am both honored and excited to serve as Inspira Health’s chief medical officer at Vineland, Bridgeton and Elmer, and continue to work closely with the medical staff and administration to enhance the patient experience,” Warner said. “Inspira Health has an outstanding reputation within our communities, and I look forward to continuing to improve clinical outcomes, enhancing medical staff collaboration and empowering the team as they continue to deliver high-quality patient care.”
