Jason Nunnermacker, a seasoned attorney with two decades of litigation experience, as well as experience in labor and employment law, business law and commercial real estate, has joined DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, the firm announced.
Nunnermacker has extensive experience representing employees and employers in various employment-related matters, including various anti-discrimination and harassment laws, whistleblower protection laws and other federal and state laws.
He also has significant experience litigating shareholder/member disputes, matters under the state’s Consumer Fraud Act, New Jersey tort claims and commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, including foreclosure, land-use and nuisance actions.
Nunnermacker earned his J.D. from Roger Williams School of Law.
The firm also announced it has hired Curtis Culvert, who is awaiting his admission to the bar, and will be assisting in various practice groups, including redevelopment, commercial real estate and public finance.
Both are starting at the firm Monday.
