Brianna Donahue joins Inspira Health as director of policy and government affairs

Brianna Donahue, Director, Policy & Government Affairs

Inspira Health recently said it appointed Brianna Donahue as director of policy and government affairs. Donahue will work alongside Inspira Chief Philanthropy Officer and Senior Vice President of External Affairs Robin Walton to represent Inspira at local, state and federal legislative levels — collecting feedback to share with the health network and ultimately improve the organization’s delivery of quality health care in southern New Jersey.

“Brianna’s deep policy expertise and passion for connecting with lawmakers are two qualities that will help further strengthen our position in our community,” Walton said. “Her previous work has shown her determination and commitment, and I have no doubt she will further Inspira’s work among our governmental entities.”

Donahue brings a deep-rooted connection to New Jersey community and government affairs and relations, most recently at the Advocacy & Management Group, where she rose within the organization to serve as vice president. In this role, she represented more than 12 health care clients, led a coalition of physician specialty societies and maintained ongoing relationships with lawmakers and Gov. Phil Murphy’s administration.

A resident of Mullica Hill, Donahue also serves on the board of directors for the South Jersey Young Democrats and is co-founder and vice chair for the Paul Michael Donahue Memorial Foundation.

“Inspira’s work is vital to the fabric of South Jersey, and I hope to represent the importance of high-quality health care to those we work with in government and the community at large,” Donahue said.

Donahue holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Rowan University and will receive her Master of Public Administration degree from Rutgers University this fall.
