Established in 1984, Orthofeet Inc. is a manufacturer of high-quality, biomechanically engineered therapeutic shoes, heat-moldable inserts, accommodative custom inserts and more. With a commitment to improve mobility, ease foot pain and improve comfort for its customers, the company encountered a need for additional warehouse and administrative office space to accommodate its rapid growth.

“With the success our company has seen over the past several years, we recognized the need for additional space to support our day-to-day operations,” Joe Casagrande, CEO of Orthofeet Inc., said. “Our added space will allow us to continue to provide our growing customer base with top-quality products designed to lead them to a life free of pain.”

Jennings added: “Our hands-on approach to property management and long-term ownership strategy has allowed us to build lasting relationships with our tenants, as we’ve done with Orthofeet over the last several years. We’re excited to continue supporting their business and we look forward to seeing their continued success in the coming years.”

10 Maple St. is a single-story, 52,108-square-foot industrial/flex building fully equipped with three tailgate loading docks, heating, air conditioning and sprinkler systems. The property is conveniently located near the Palisades Interstate Parkway and New York Thruway with accessibility to the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 287, as well as the George Washington Bridge and the Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge.
