Alfred Sanzari Enterprises welcomes fencing solutions company to Elmwood Park Plaza

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Thursday said it negotiated a lease with C&S Fencing Inc. for a 4,016-square-foot office space at Elmwood Park Plaza, located at 475 Market St. in Elmwood Park.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented in-house by Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings.

C&S Fencing is a family-owned and operated fencing solutions company serving clients throughout the tri-state area. With expertise across a range of professional industries, C&S Fencing leverages its deep knowledge and experience to provide parking guide rails, automated gates and access controls, temporary fencing, security and deterrence fencing, complex custom installations and emergency fence repairs.

Spanning 68,000 square feet, Elmwood Park Plaza is a four-story, professionally managed office building located near Interstate 80, the Garden State Parkway and Route 46. The building’s location provides easy access to public transportation as well as multiple retail and dining options within a short distance, including Manhattan Bagel, Elmwood Park Diner, Dunkin’ and Walgreens. Additionally, Elmwood Park Plaza features ample on-site surface and covered parking and is zoned for both office and medical uses.
