Vision Properties and the Birch Group on Wednesday announced the partnership successfully refinanced 180 Park Ave., a 228,000-square-foot Class A multitenanted office building located in Florham Park.
“The successful refinance of this asset confirms the quality of the building and the outstanding roster of credit tenants,” Anthony Arena, principal of Vision Properties, said.
Current tenants include Maersk, USI Insurance Services, Citrin Cooperman, Exeltis and Carlton Fields. The building is adjacent to the New York Jets’ corporate headquarters and training facility and has seamless access to all the amenities in Florham Park.
“Our new lender, a large life insurance company, is committed to the building and recognizes the value in its prime Florham Park location,” David Milewski, Vision’s vice president for the Northeast Region, said.
“This successful refinance provides long-term stability and capital for this asset in a challenging financing environment,” Chris DeLorenzo, executive vice president of the Birch Group, said.
Cushman & Wakefield’s William O’Keefe, Brian Decillis and Courtney Rosenkrantz are the exclusive leasing agents for the property, which features a full-service café, coffee bar, fitness center with locker rooms, conference space, outdoor patio space and under-building parking. The building currently offers prebuilt and raw spaces for leasing that range from 5,000 to 40,000 square feet.
