CBRE announced Tuesday that Aesthetic Center, a cosmetics clinic, and Yella’s, a burger and sandwich restaurant, are coming to a shopping center in Warren — with summer openings planned.
The newly constructed retail center, at 10 Independence Blvd., already includes Playa Bowls, which opened previously, CBRE Senior Vice President Marta Villa said.
The 8,158-square-foot retail complex, located in proximity to the Riverwalk Village Center, is now fully leased. It is owned by Signature Acquisitions.
The center is situated on the northbound side of Martinsville Road. The center has 35 parking spaces with overflow parking at the adjacent office complex, also owned by Signature. The center is also within walking distance of major hotels, including Courtyard by Marriott, Somerset Hills Hotel and Delta Hotels by Marriott.
“The retail center at 10 Independence Blvd. is new construction in a highly visible location within Warren and reflects the growing trend of retail outlets opening close to and in support of existing medical and office properties,” Villa said. “The tenants will benefit greatly from the center being close to Riverwalk and its 4,000 employees, all within walking distance of the property.”
