Lease for Moda Foods means 123 Lehigh Drive in Fairfield is fully occupied

Moda Foods, a company that distributes quality desserts such as macaroons, Turkish baklavas and Turkish delights, has taken a 22,523-square-foot lease at 123 Lehigh Drive in Fairfield, Cushman & Wakefield announced Thursday.

With the lease, the building is now at full occupancy,

Cushman & Wakefield’s Bill Waxman, Morgan Nitti, Jeff Volpi, Mindy Lissner and David Gheriani represented the landlord, the STRO Cos., in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Brian Wilson of Resource Realty.

The property is a recently renovated industrial building consisting of 40,000 square feet. It features 24-foot clear heights, two dock doors, recently repaved and restriped parking and new LED lighting throughout.

Located just off Route 46 and Interstate 80, the property benefits from close proximity to New Jersey and New York markets, making it an ideal location for Moda Foods, which distributes its products to 25 states.
