Resort-style apartments for hybrid employees? Hartz says it has them on Gold Coast (SLIDESHOW)

Hoboken Point, on border of Weehawken and Hoboken, has begun leasing

Hoboken Point, a luxury resort-style apartment development situated along the Hudson River in Weehawken’s vibrant Lincoln Harbor enclave, has begun leasing, Hartz Mountain Industries said.

The building is positioned on the waterfront at the northern border of Hoboken.

Hartz Mountain officials feel the new resort-inspired apartment development offers a holistic lifestyle experience tailored for today’s professionals, all within minutes of Midtown Manhattan.

“In an era where hybrid work models redefine the way we live and work, the concept of home has taken on a new significance,” Hartz Mountain President Gus Milano said.

“It’s now more critical than ever to provide an elevated at-home environment that balances work, wellness and leisure. Offering a condo-style living experience in rental form, complete with a cohesive array of hotel-inspired amenities, Hoboken Point rises to this challenge, setting a new standard in contemporary living for New Jersey’s vibrant Gold Coast.”

Greystar is the exclusive leasing agent and property management firm for Hoboken Point. Pricing begins at $3,105 for a studio residence, with move-ins expected to begin in late spring.

Surrounded by water on two sides with dramatic panoramas of the New York City skyline, Hoboken Point caters to the modern “hybrid” professional, offering a wealth of amenities crafted for balance, wellness and convenience, including an expansive coworking space dubbed the Work Lab — all just a ferry ride away from Manhattan’s office-and-cultural destination Hudson Yards.

Designed by CetraRuddy, Hoboken Point ascends 15 stories in height from its location at 100 Harbor Blvd. The building is composed of two sculptural towers rising from a landscaped amenity podium that cascades down to the shore. At ground level, the podium pulls back, seemingly floating above the building’s inviting glass-enclosed lobby, in a grand gesture that creates open space for the public waterfront esplanade surrounding the building.

Envisioned as the neighborhood’s definitive upscale address, Hoboken Point includes 262 residences, ranging from studios to two-bedroom-plus-den layouts, all featuring premium condo-level finishes.

Hoboken Point offers an unparalleled lifestyle experience with over 17,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. In a nod to the building’s proximity to the water and its views across the river to Manhattan, CetraRuddy’s interior design stems from the concept of an “urban marina.”

At the heart of these offerings is the Work Lab, a nearly 5,200-square-foot private coworking space boasting panoramic views of the Hudson River. Here, residents can access a professional work environment complete with private conference rooms, comfortable seating, tech-enabled video conferencing and an outdoor terrace.

The Lincoln Harbor neighborhood is a 60-acre waterfront area that has evolved from a business and dining destination to a complete live-work-stay-play neighborhood offering a range of lifestyle services and amenities. The enclave, in addition to sitting on the northern border of Hoboken, is home to a Whole Foods Market; popular culinary destinations such as Blu on the Hudson, Chart House and Ruth’s Chris Steak House; and more.
