Seven leases totaling more than 50,000 square feet have been arranged at 99 & 119 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany, according to a Monday announcement from Cushman & Wakefield.
C&W’s William O’Keefe and Courtney Rosenkrantz represented the landlord, the Birch Group, in the transactions.

- Business Credentialing Services, lease renewal, 10,583 square feet, 199 Cherry Hill Road;
- Newbridge Services, new lease, 8,807 square feet, 99 Cherry Hill Road;
- Royal Coachman, new lease, 5,758 square feet, 99 Cherry Hill Road;
- Westguard Insurance Group, lease extension, 5,754 square feet, 99 Cherry Hill Road;
- Monte Nido, new lease, 4,882 square feet, 99 Cherry Hill Road.
- H2M, lease expansion, 2,578 square feet, 199 Cherry Hill Road.
99 & 119 Cherry Hill Road total 190,000 square feet and are currently undergoing a capital improvement program resulting in an updated lobby, common areas, conference room and outdoor courtyard. Additionally, the property features a pond, on-site property management, ample parking and plug-and-play suite availability.
The property is located off Interstates 287 and 80, surrounded by an array of retail, dining and entertainment options. The property is near the Mountain Lakes and Mount Tabor New Jersey Transit stations.
