Select Basement Waterproofing acquired by Virginia Beach water management solutions firm 

Morganville-based Select Basement Waterproofing on Wednesday announced it has been acquired by Groundworks of Virginia Beach, Virginia. With the acquisition, Select Basement Waterproofing will now become Groundworks, increasing that firm’s footprint to over 60 offices across 35 states.
