Women-owned cannabis facility opening in Vernon; launches new brand, Onyx

Sussex Cultivation, a women-owned and family-owned business in the cannabis industry, recently announced the official opening celebration of its new state-of-the-art cannabis processing facility located in Vernon, scheduled for March 14. The facility represents a significant advancement in meeting the growing demand for high-quality cannabis products in the state.

Sussex Cultivation said its manufacturing operations are poised to make a substantial impact in New Jersey. The facility, equipped with state-of-the-art solvent-less and hydrocarbon equipment, has the capability to process up to 75 pounds of biomass hourly.

The cultivation facility will begin with 2,000 square feet of indoor canopy while progressing into 30,000 square feet of capacity. Sussex is strategically positioned to enhance both cultivation and manufacturing capacities, meeting the increasing demands of New Jersey’s expanding market.
