Jersey Shore Restaurant Group buys 6,277 sq. ft. site in Robbinsville

Location, at Lofts at Town Center, was once home of Kuo Social, top-rated Chinese restaurant

Jersey Shore Restaurant Group recently acquired its fourth restaurant location — a 6,277-square-foot space in Robbinsville that previously was home to the Chinese restaurant Kuo Social.

It is unclear how Jersey Shore Restaurant Group will use the space, but it appears to be in a prime location, as it is in the center of the Lofts at Town Center area — a location near the intersection of Routes 130 and 33 and near approximately 1,000 housing units.

Kuo Social was once rated as one of the top Chinese restaurants in New Jersey, but it has been closed for the past 18 months.

The Jersey Shore Restaurant Group, which is internally funded, touts its ability to move quickly.

The group, which owns and operates Harpoon Willy’s in Wall Township and Half Moon Point in Point Pleasant, is in the midst of renovating and opening a third restaurant in Waretown, named Three Story Grill.
