Larken Associates said it negotiated a 1,097-square-foot retail lease with Edward Jones at the Village at Hawk Pointe located at 5 Clubhouse Drive in Washington.
Larken Associates was represented by Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the firm’s in-house brokerage division, and Joel Tomlinson of Silbert Realty, the firm’s exclusive broker for the Village at Hawk Pointe.

The Village at Hawk Pointe is a three-building, 106,415-square-foot mixed-use shopping center in central Warren County with a range of retail, office and medical spaces. Located just off Route 31, the complex is situated within a 65-acre mixed-use development spanning 120 single-family homes and the Hawk Pointe Golf Club. The shopping center is also conveniently accessible via Interstates 78 and 80.

Two retail spaces are available for lease with immediate occupancy at the Village at Hawk Pointe, one for 1,276 square feet and one for 3,907 square feet. A 2,140-square-foot office space is also available.
