CBRE has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a 405,000-square-foot Class A office campus in Parsippany, it announced Wednesday.
The three-story property at 2 Gatehall Drive has several Fortune 500 tenants, the real estate services firm said, and is part of a 58-acre master-planned corporate campus.
It is owned by 2 Gatehall Drive Associates LLC and managed by SRG2 Partners LLC, both based in White Plains, New York.
The CBRE team of Jon Meisel, Joey Sarno and Erin Wenzler will lead the leasing campaign.
“2 Gatehall Drive is a true gem in the heart of Morris County,” Wenzler said in a prepared statement. “Tenants can rely on the stability of both the building and its ownership. 2 Gatehall Drive has robust infrastructure, including a backup generator for tenant use, and 24/7 security.
