The Highlander, a 19-unit apartment building located in Bergen County, has sold for $3.6 million, according to a recent announcement from Hudson Atlantic, which handled the transaction.
Located at 420 Highland Ave. in Wood-Ridge, the deal was facilitated by Adam Zweibel, co-founder and managing partner of Hudson Atlantic, along with the assistance of Dante Fusaro, sales associate.
“We are thrilled to have facilitated the sale of the Highlander for the original owners of this 47-year-old building,” Zweibel said.
“We are proud to have played a role in this rare multifamily sale in prime Bergen County,” Fusaro added.
