Purchased by Heritage Succasunna as an investment property, the asset is a two-story, 8,000-square-foot office building situated on 0.7 acres along Route 10. The building is fully leased to a diverse mix of tenants including Lakeside Endodontics, Suburban Natural Medicine and Steven A. Campolattaro, DMD, and features 31 surface parking spaces, prominent signage and convenient two-street access. The property also boasts proximity to several retail outlets and restaurants including Walmart, Roxbury Diner, the Home Depot, Dunkin’, McDonald’s, ShopRite and Kohl’s.
