Restaurant honeygrow set to open its 7th N.J. location in Bridgewater

honeygrow, the Philadelphia-based fast-casual restaurant known for simple, made-to-order stir-frys, salads and honeybars, announces a lease signing at 330 Chimney Rock Road, Bridgewater, in the Chimney Rock Crossing shopping center.

The overall space, developed by Regency Centers with an east and west side, is located just off the intersection of Interstate 287 and U.S. 22. The center is touted as a mix of merchandising, retail and architecture. honeygrow, replacing the former Profiles by Sanders space, will join a mix of powerful national brands in Chimney Rock East, including Ulta, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Off 5th, J. Crew and Crumbl Cookies.

The Chimney Rock East location marks honeygrow’s seventh location in New Jersey, joining Cherry Hill, Marlton, Hamilton, New Brunswick, Hoboken and soon-to-be Old Bridge locales.

The Bridgewater honeygrow plays a critical role in the strategic expansion spanning the northern, central and southern counties throughout the state. This location is anticipated to open in late summer, on the heels of the honeygrow Old Bridge opening earlier in the season, and promises to bring more than 35 full-and part-time jobs to the area.

“The Chimney Rock East location is an exciting move for us for many reasons,” Justin Rosenberg, founder & CEO of honeygrow, said. “We’ve been a part of the New Jersey community for nine years, since our first location opened in Cherry Hill in 2015. I’m proud to continue to connect the dots between north and south throughout the state.”
