Monmouth Conservation Foundation grows staff to support open space initiatives

Judy Musa has been named as the new communications manager for the Monmouth Conservation Foundation, according to a recent announcement. Musa will report to Director of Development and Communications Karen Keene and Executive Director William Kastning.

A lifelong Monmouth County resident with two decades of marketing communications experience, Musa has promoted consumer products and services and developed partnerships and education campaigns on environmental, public health and education issues. She will support MCF’s charitable work to preserve open space, farmland and natural habitats that support environmental sustainability and outdoor recreation for all county residents.

“We welcome Judy to our team at this pivotal time when Monmouth County’s available open space is diminishing. We must be a voice for our community and share the importance of how access to nature and the outdoors benefits the health and well-being of all who reside here,” Kastning said.

Musa served on the commissioner-appointed Monmouth County Solid Waste Advisory Board for a decade, while also volunteering for environmental and community causes. She currently serves on the executive committee for the board of the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College and is a LEAD NJ Class of 2024 Fellow.

“I am thrilled to work with this organization that steadfastly supports environmental sustainability for future generations,” Musa said.
