Good things come in threes. South Jersey commercial real estate brokerage Vantage Commercial certainly can’t deny it. The Cherry Hill-based firm Wednesday announced it successfully closed on three commercial properties, all on the same day.
Vantage Managing Director Emily Stein spearheaded each of the transactions with her expertise and dedication. These transactions highlight Vantage Real Estate Services’ commitment to excellence and the team’s ability to deliver results.
Stein represented the seller of a 912-square-foot former dental office located at 1 Britton Place, Suite 2, in Voorhees. Through strategic marketing and negotiation, Stein showcased her ability to maximize value for her clients.
In the second transaction, located at 103 White Horse Pike in Laurel Spring, Stein and Raki Desai represented the seller, while Vantage’s Ken Richardson and Vince Ceroli represented the buyer. The 1,000-square-foot freestanding former dental office found its new owner thanks to the collaborative efforts of the team.
Stein and Richardson also represented both the buyer and the seller in a deal for 659 Levitt Parkway in Willingboro. The 2,500-square-foot former insurance agency will be transformed into an ethnic grocer, servicing the vast needs of the community. Their comprehensive understanding of the local market and commitment to client satisfaction ensured a successful transaction.
