As a skilled litigator with a commitment to safeguarding the interests of medical professionals and health care entities, Keoskey serves a diverse clientele including physicians, pharmacies, dentists, nurses, hospitals, health care facilities and nursing home owners, operators and administrators. A former deputy attorney general for the New Jersey Division of Law, he adeptly navigates legal, administrative and regulatory challenges faced by these entities. Additionally, he provides valuable counsel to medical providers and practice owners on employment and labor-related matters. Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, Keoskey’s commitment to excellence and tireless advocacy has also earned him recognition as a fellow and senior fellow by the Litigation Counsel of America.

For over seven years, Keoskey served our country on active duty in the Marine Corps.

“I am thrilled to join Frier Levitt’s dynamic team of health care attorneys,” Keoskey said. “I look forward to leveraging my experience to provide strategic counsel and unwavering advocacy to our clients in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.”

Kupferberg also is joining as a partner, bringing a wealth of experience representing pharmacies, rebate aggregators, pharmacy discount card sponsors, medical device manufacturers and health care technology companies, as well as other stakeholders across the life sciences industry. His extensive experience spans counseling on pharmacy operations, plan sponsor operations, contract negotiations and various issues with payors and Pharmacy Benefit Managers. With a background as general counsel and corporate secretary at Enzo Biochem Inc., Kupferberg offers invaluable insight into regulatory compliance and transactional matters within the life sciences sector.

“I am excited to collaborate with the talented attorneys at Frier Levitt to deliver innovative legal solutions to our clients,” Kupferberg said. “The firm’s reputation for excellence in health care law aligns perfectly with my commitment to providing strategic counsel and advocacy in the life sciences arena.”

“We are delighted to welcome Alex and Matthew,” Jonathan Levitt, co-founding partner of Frier Levitt, said. “Their health care- and life sciences-focused expertise enhances our ability to deliver the highest-level legal solutions to our sophisticated clientele.”
