Executives from Red Bank-based Denholtz Properties were joined by project partners, investors and prospective residents to celebrate the start of construction on Brant Point, a collection of 16 custom-designed single-family homes located on Sandy Hook Bay in Atlantic Highlands on Wednesday.
The first homes are scheduled to be completed in early 2025.
Denholtz Properties has appointed Deborah James of Sotheby’s International Realty as sales director for the property. Construction is being managed by Lead Dog Custom Homes, a Red Bank-based luxury homebuilder.
Nestled in Atlantic Highlands, Brant Point boasts a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and Raritan Bay converging at Sandy Hook. At the same time, its rolling hills claim the highest elevation on the eastern seaboard south of Maine. The community seamlessly blends the charm of Nantucket-style living with the abundant amenities of Monmouth County.
Brant Point offers a selection of five uniquely exquisite coastal modern designer homes created by the acclaimed Spiezle Architectural Group. Each of the 16 single homes offers four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, with expansive floor plans ranging from 2,601 square feet to 3,473 square feet, as well as a variety of outdoor spaces for year-round entertainment.
Every home will be crafted to include Hardie and wood siding, standing seam roofs, sleek metal and Legacy glass garage doors, with meticulously curated landscaping, all of which complement the breathtaking vistas of Sandy Hook Bay and the iconic New York City skyline.
Each home, which is flooded with natural light, wide plank wood flooring, expansive windows and doors, along with a white oak mantle and a slate feature wall with a gas fireplace, welcomes residents and guests the moment they walk in. A full chef’s kitchen has a large island with top appliances and an open pantry. Bathrooms feature porcelain and marble tiles as well as custom cabinetry with quartz countertops. Each lot is landscaped with an irrigation system. Select homes have elevator options and two-car garages. In addition, residents can enhance their lifestyle by adding a gunite pool or customizing their space further to suit nearly every lifestyle ensuring personalized luxury at every turn.
Beyond their homes, residents are also a one-hour ferry ride away from New York City via the nearby Seastreak Ferry. In addition, the ferry provides direct trips to popular coastal destinations in Massachusetts, including Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, as well as Newport, Rhode Island.
“We are thrilled to begin construction of Brant Point, a community that will epitomize coastal living at its finest,” Steven Denholtz, CEO of Denholtz Properties, said. “With its stunning views and carefully crafted homes, Brant Point offers residents a harmonious blend of Nantucket-inspired charm and modern luxury. We are confident that this enclave will not only redefine waterfront living in Atlantic Highlands, but also set a new standard for coastal communities throughout Monmouth County.”
