Azarian Realty Co. recently announced Golden Years Care has signed a 6,184-square-foot lease at the Raritan International Center in Sayreville.

The Raritan International Center is a 74,061-square-foot, one-story shopping center consists of 13 tenant spaces ranging from 1,150 square feet to 19,898 square feet. Azarian Realty Co. is the exclusive leasing and property management agent.
