Wingstop and Monmouth Spine & Wellness LLC are the two latest leases inked by Bussel Realty Corp. at Lincoln Plaza in Rahway, according to a Monday announcement.
At 88-160 Route 27, the chicken wing chain will occupy 1,320 square feet of space, while the chiropractic care center took 981 square feet of space.
Eric Koons, vice president, Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, of BRC Retail Services represented the landlord, 88-160 Lincoln Plaza LLC. The new tenants were represented in-house.

Wingstop and Monmouth Spine & Wellness join several other retailers at Lincoln Plaza and the area’s surrounding national retailers, such as Wawa, KFC, Home Depot, Wendy’s and LA Fitness, to name a few. The wellness center is opening its doors this month and Wingstop is planning to open this summer.
Totaling 13,468 square feet, Lincoln Plaza is located at a traffic-controlled intersection with great visibility and offers easy access to Routes 27, 35, 1 and 9, the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike.
