The JUST Jobs Scorecard helps corporate leaders assess job quality performance on 31 data points across six key topic areas.
In addition to data point and topic scores, each company also receives an overall assessment, reflective of performance on the scorecard’s job quality metrics. American Water is one of 162 companies that received a JUST Jobs Builder designation.
American Water was also recently named one of America’s Most JUST Companies by JUST Capital and CNBC. The company was the highest-ranked water utility and ranked 68th overall, well within the Top 10% of all Russell 1000 companies that were considered.
