Peak Construction Corp. is building a nearly 955,000-square-foot industrial facility on behalf of NorthPoint Development in Pilesgrove.
Located at Turnpike 1 Trade Center, Building 4, the facility on Pointers Auburn Road will feature a 40-foot clear ceiling height, 96 docks, four drive-in doors, 244 trailer stalls, 190 loading spaces, 536 car spaces and 2,000 square feet of office space. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter.
Peak said it teamed with studioNorth Architecture and Dynamic Engineering.

It specializes in developing, acquiring, leasing and managing Class A industrial and multifamily properties.
