A three-story medical building in Englewood has traded, thanks to the expertise of NAI James E. Hanson, which arranged the sale of the 14,488-square-foot building.
Located at 180 N. Dean St., the property is ideally located just one block from Englewood Hospital and boasts convenient access to Route 4 and Interstates 80 and 95 and is situated within walking distance of a wide variety of shopping, dining, banking and other retail outlets.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the seller, Lambs Lane Holding LLC, in the transaction with the buyer, Hahn Properties LLC.
The building is owned by six partners who each manage their respective health care practices. The owner of Lambs Lane Holding LLC, now retired, operated a plastic surgery practice at the property for over three decades. Hahn Properties LLC will be utilizing a 2,971-square-foot space to operate a physical therapy business.
