RHO Residential property management firm on track to execute leasing for 600+ multifamily units by midyear

RHO Residential, a leading full-service residential property management firm based in Roseland, with additional offices spanning Florida and Tennessee, is marking its five-year anniversary with a portfolio comprising 3,500 apartments and more than $1.7 billion in Class A multifamily assets under management.

At the heart of its success story lies the commitment to a people-centric ethos, a principle instilled by founder and President Brenda Cioce, which continues to drive exceptional outcomes for asset owners, developers and property management clients alike.

RHO Residential is celebrating its anniversary with its strongest year on record. The firm is positioned to expand its presence in the northern New Jersey market with the execution of leasing at five new apartment communities totaling over 600 units by midyear. The expansion exemplifies the company’s focus on new construction projects and includes the Vale in Allendale, a 70-home community that is fast approaching 40% leased since its February launch. Also slated to come on board in the months ahead are the Harth, a 53-unit building in Millburn; Park & Arbor, a 110-home development in Old Tappan; Astor Grove, a 220-home development in Warren; and the Grand, a 156-unit building in West New York.

Cioce envisioned a workplace culture where employees could forge personal connections and thrive professionally. This vision has come to fruition, thanks to a talented team that leverages decades of experience to ensure the prosperity of multifamily communities. By pouring their energy and expertise into increasing value for property owners and creating meaningful community experiences for residents, RHO Residential embodies a people-first ethos.

Cioce’s extensive experience in multifamily residential property management, spanning over four decades, has been instrumental in shaping RHO Residential’s approach. With a background that includes working with prominent real estate names such as Trammel Crow/Avalon Bay and Roseland Property Co., whose portfolio she grew from 3,000 to 10,000 units as president of property management. Cioce brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Under her leadership, RHO Residential develops and implements forward-thinking property management plans that benefit client apartment communities in various aspects, including customer service, maintenance, operations, leasing, occupancy and marketing. The company’s personalized, hands-on approach ensures that each community receives innovative and well-managed programs tailored to its unique needs.

“A strong understanding of the current rental landscape results in high-performing assets for our clients,” Cioce said. “Whether it’s spearheading new development leasing program or enhancing management and retention at an existing property, our specialized programs leverage our capabilities based on our clients’ needs and are designed to exceed expectations.”
