V-COMM elevates 2 to co-lead enterprise network engineering

Telecommunications and engineering services provider V-COMM on Friday announced it elevated Justin Day and Michael Webster to director of the Enterprise Network Engineering division. The duo will share leadership responsibilities for Edison-based V-COMM’s division, overseeing a wide range of initiatives aimed at further strengthening the company’s position in the market. This includes expanding services in Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems and Emergency Responder Radio Communication Systems for a diverse client base, broadening V-COMM’s communal impact and exploring new opportunities for growth.

This move showcases the company’s dedication to nurturing internal talent and empowering leaders to drive the business forward as demand for enterprise network solutions continues to surge.

Having joined V-COMM 11 years ago, Day has been instrumental in the development and execution of landmark projects, earning accolades for his work in expanding V-COMM’s footprint in the wireless infrastructure space. With a portfolio highlighted by his iBwave Level 3 and safety certifications for some of the nation’s leading transportation authorities, Day brings a wealth of experience and skill to his new role.

Joining V-COMM as a co-op student in 2000 and later becoming a full-time employee in 2005 after his graduation from Drexel University, Webster’s journey is a testament to the company’s culture of advancement and mentorship. He holds several certifications, including iBwave Level 3, CCNA, CommScope, JMA and ADRF. His professional experience includes wireless telecommunications, network engineering, RF engineering, in-building DAS, ERRCS public safety radio networks and expert testimony for hearings, zoning and planning boards.
