Vyom Donut Management signs 1,750 sq. ft. lease to relocate from Paramus

Vyom Donut Management LLC has signed a lease for a 1,750-square-foot office at 18 W. Passaic St. in Rochelle Park, according to a Monday announcement from NAI James E. Hanson, which brokered the transaction.

The tenant plans to relocate from Paramus and join current tenant State Farm Insurance Agency at the property.

NAI James E. Hanson’s Jonathan Kristofich and Josh Levering represented both the landlord, Passaic Street Associates LLC, and tenant in the exclusive transaction.

Located near the interchange of Routes 4 and 17 and the Garden State Parkway, 18 W. Passaic St. is an 8,200-square-foot multitenant flex building featuring executive-covered parking, an elevator, 24/7/365 tenant access and professional on-site management. In addition, the property offers close proximity to Westfield Garden State Plaza as well as other major retailers including BJ’s Wholesale Club and IKEA.
