Law firm extends lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Court Plaza South in Hackensack

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises recently negotiated a 2,755-square-foot lease renewal with the Law Offices of Brian J. Neary at Court Plaza South, located at 21 Main St. in Hackensack.

Sanzari was represented in-house by Jerry Barta, vice president and director of leasing and marketing, and Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager.

Led by the attorney Brian J. Neary, the law office boasts nearly four decades of experience representing clients in DUI-DWI, white collar and non-white collar criminal cases. Neary has been recognized by Super Lawyers, a rating service of Thomson Reuters Corp., as one of New Jersey’s Top 100 lawyers from 2005 to 2024. Recognizing the ideal location just steps from the Bergen County Courthouse and Administrative Complex, the firm has been a tenant at Court Plaza South since April 2006.

“We are thrilled to build upon our nearly two-decade-long relationship with the Law Offices of Brian J. Neary,” Gutierrez said. “Renewals like this continue to be powered by our strategic long-term ownership strategy and responsive on-site property management team that focuses on creating an unmatched tenant experience in the local market.”

Located in the heart of downtown Hackensack, Court Plaza is a three-building complex with 335,000 square feet of Class A professional office space. The property offers a wide range of premium amenities including a full-service cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating; an on-site fitness center equipped with lockers and showers; a large common conference room; an on-site bank; 100% covered parking with direct access to office spaces and amenities; and shoeshine/repair, dry cleaning and car detailing services.

Court Plaza is easily accessible via Interstate 80, Routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway and offers immediate access to mass transportation options. In addition, a wide variety of food establishments and retail offerings including Starbucks, Playa Bowls, Choripan Rodizio and Pollos Mario are conveniently located within walking distance of the complex. The Hackensack University Medical Center is also located just one mile away from Court Plaza.
