E-Z Cargo inks 43K sq. ft. industrial lease in Parlin

The Advance Industrial Team of Bussel Realty Corp. on Wednesday said it leased the entirety of 3220 Bordentown Ave. in Parlin, a 43,000-square-foot industrial building with nearly 7 acres of industrial outdoor storage, on behalf of E-Z Cargo.

E-Z Cargo was represented by Anthony Rittwager, vice president, and Matthew Phillips, asset services, of the Advance Industrial Team at BRC. The landlord, 3220 Bordentown Avenue LLC, was represented by Sheldon Gross Realty.

The property is located near Routes 1-9, 33 and 440, the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island, New York. The property features 16-foot ceilings, three loading docks, seven drive-in doors, heavy power, wet sprinklers, and sits on 9.94 acres zoned for industrial outdoor storage.
