Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday said it leased the entirety of 1 Stercho Road in Linden, a 14,500-square-foot industrial building, to P&I Global Tire Solutions.
Eric Koons, vice president of BRC, was hired by ownership, BNG Realty LLC, to reposition the warehouse for lease. Steve Jaynes, industrial specialist of BRC, represented the tenant.

1 Stercho Road is located near Exit 13 of the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 1-9, as well as Port Newark/Elizabeth, Newark Liberty International Airport and the New York City metro markets. The industrial property totals 14,500 square feet, has 16-foot ceilings, two tailboards, one drive-in door, an 80-foot truck well and is situated on 0.52 acres.
