The Blau & Berg Co. on Thursday said it secured a 59,000-square-foot industrial warehouse space in Saddle Brook for Chefler Foods to expand its manufacturing footprint.
Blau & Berg President Jason Crimmins, Alessandro “Alex” Conte and Peter Murano represented ownership in the transaction.
Located at 74 Kenny Place, Chefler implements a state-of-the-art, high-speed manufacturing process for its signature brands, Mike’s Amazing, Dolce Vita, Super Chef and Dragon Chef. This project will provide much needed logistics and manufacturing space to support Chefler’s growth.
“Collaboration at its finest,” Crimmins said. “Proud to ink this deal on behalf of the landlord. Representing Chefler Foods LLC were two of the finest gentlemen, David Malawer and Stuart Harwood of Newmark, who helped push this deal over the goal line. By pooling together our diverse perspectives and expertise, we tackled complex challenges and created a great collaboration bringing a new chapter of success to the Saddle Brook facility.”
