NAI James E. Hanson on Wednesday said it negotiated two leases totaling 4,727 square feet at 720 E. Palisade Ave. in Englewood.
Hanson’s team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the owner, Bedrock Realty Holdings LLC, in both transactions.
In the first lease, Lerner Properties LLC, a multigenerational family-owned commercial real estate development and management company, signed a lease renewal for 3,077 square feet of professional office space. A longtime tenant of the property, the company decided to renew its lease for its meticulously built-out space, which provides easy access to their employees and nearby properties.
In the second lease, team Lizzack-Horning negotiated a new lease with J Park Law Firm LLC for a 1,650-square-foot office space. Relocating from a nearby property in Englewood, the firm has over 15 years of experience representing clients across a wide range of verticals including immigration law, criminal law, real estate law, inheritance law and commercial law.
