National law firm Fox Rothschild, which has a heavy presence in New Jersey, recently announced it elevated six of its New Jersey-based attorneys to partner. The firm promoted staff in its offices in Atlantic City, Morristown and Princeton.
The following were made partner:
- In Atlantic City, Julie Nugent of the Gaming Department represents clients in a wide variety of gaming law matters, including licensing, regulatory and compliance issues.
- In Morristown, David Sprong, of the Labor & Employment Department, is an experienced litigator and business law attorney. He leads clients through expert discovery, dispositive motions, hearings, arbitrations and trials, as well as the appeal process.
- Also in Morristown, Adam Wiseberg of the Family Law Department handles a wide variety of complex family law matters including high net worth divorces, custody issues, alimony and child support and post-judgment litigation.
- Meanwhile, in the Princeton office, Corinne Burzichelli DeBerry, of the Labor & Employment Department, defends employers in federal, state and administrative courts in a broad range of employment-related claims including discrimination, harassment, restrictive covenants, retaliation and trade secrets, among others.
- The Intellectual Property Department of the Princeton office elevated Anthony Noonan and Paul Kalish. Kalish focuses his practice on patent litigation and has experience handling patent disputes involving the life sciences, pharmaceutical and technology industries. Noonan, who represents clients in a variety of intellectual property matters, including the drafting and prosecuting of applications for utility and design patents, trademarks and copyrights.
