The advance industrial team of Bussel Realty Corp. on Tuesday said it leased the entirety of 79 Hartford Road in Delran, a seven-acre industrial outdoor storage site, to Transmaster.
Transmaster provides a range of services, such as engine and transmission repair, differential, diagnostic and electrical work, as well as tire changes, drive line and suspension fixes for trailer fleets. it plans to use the seven-acre site for trailer repair, parking and storage.
Transmaster was represented by Anthony Rittwager, vice president, and Matthew Phillips, asset services, of BRC. The landlord, Criterion Group, was represented in house.
“The IOS (industrial outdoor storage) market has expanded significantly in the last several years, as the need for strategically located sites has experienced an increase in demand from users encompassing trailer fleets, construction suppliers, equipment rentals, etc. 79 Hartford Road offers access to all major highways servicing the region to service Transmaster’s clients in the New Jersey-Philadelphia metro area markets,” Phillips said.
Situated on approximately seven acres with abundant parking and storage space, the property is located near Route 130, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
