Piece of Cake Moving & Storage, a New York-based firm, has signed a lease to take 53,500 square feet of space at an industrial building in Milburn, according to a Monday announcement from Bussel Realty Corp., which brokered the transaction.
Piece of Cake Moving & Storage will utilize the space located at 70 E. Willow St. for servicing clients in the New York tri-state region requiring its services.
Steve Bussel, president, and David Blitt, senior vice president, of BRC, represented the landlord, Binyan Realty Corp., in the transaction. Piece of Cake Moving & Storage was represented by Pinn Realty.
“We are pleased to have transacted the ideal real estate solution for both Piece of Cake Moving & Storage and our owner,” Steve Bussel said.
The property is located off Interstate 78 and minutes to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Route 24 as well as Port Newark/Elizabeth, Newark Liberty International Airport and New York City metro markets. The industrial property totals 53,500 square feet, has 4,000-square-foot offices, 16-foot ceilings, 10 tailboards, heavy power and is situated on 2.3 acres.
