A 14,537-square-foot, vacant former Save-A-Lot grocery store in Camden sold less than 15 weeks after coming to market, according to a Friday announcement from WCRE.
The Marlton-based brokerage said the sale was made possible through its top-of-class networking and marketing efforts, culminating in a swift transition from the initial listing to the closing table.
Situated at 2780 Mt. Ephraim Ave, the property’s prime location and potential for redevelopment made it an attractive investment opportunity to the new owners, which have plans to open a health and beauty supply storefront, expanding their chain.
This strategic move not only revitalizes a vacant space, but contributes to the economic development and revitalization of the Camden city community.
“In this challenging market, it was truly a pleasure bringing this former Sav-A-Lot to the market and the closing table in less than 15 weeks,” Eric Flocco, WCRE’s vice president, said.
Flocco and Eric Grad, managing principal, represented the seller, Derrick Interests, in this transaction.
