Rochelle Park-based ZRG said Wednesday that Managing Partner and Global Healthcare Life Sciences Practice Leader Dave Fortier has also assumed the role of global head of partner recruitment, effective May 1.
Fortier brings over 20 years of experience in the search industry to the role, where he will partner with executive and practice leadership to recruit managing directors and principals across the executive search business globally.
Fortier joined ZRG in 2011 as its first health care/life sciences consultant, served on the firm’s CEO Council from 2015-2020, and has co-led the global life sciences practice since 2017. Over his tenure, Fortier has contributed to the growth of the firm from a 30-person boutique to the 600-plus-person talent advisory firm it is today.
As a search consultant, Fortier works closely with his clients to provide the best C-suite, business unit and functional leadership across health care, life sciences and private equity.
